2) Booking, payment, and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation and (where required) the agreed payment/deposit is received. Payment methods and timelines will be provided in your quote.

3) Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations depend on availability and may incur fees (e.g., third‑party tickets, restaurant deposits, transportation). We will always disclose any applicable fees before confirming changes.

4) Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arriving on time, carrying required identification, and following safety instructions. Special requirements (dietary, accessibility, medical) should be shared in advance.

5) Third‑party services

Some components are provided by third parties (venues, transportation operators, restaurants). Their rules may apply. We are not responsible for disruptions outside our control (weather, closures, strikes, etc.).

6) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
